The darts man from The Hague in Holland once a publican has established himself amongst the very best in World Darts for many years and has been a consistent Dart Player featuring in all the Darts Tournaments keeping Roland Scholten busy around the World.

A semi-finalist in 1998 in the BDO World Championships and a quarter-finalist in the PDC Darts Championship in 2001 & 2003 Roland Scholten has been close to winning a major darts title on many occasions making the final of the darts matchplay in 1999 and a runner-up in the grand prix in 2001.

Roland's time came in 2004 where he won the Darts UK Open Title, a major prize Scholten's long overdue.

A previous Premier League runner-up defeated by Phil Taylor and a great attitude on the oche Scholten is going to be up with the best in darts for a long while.
